HR Recruiter/Coordinator

The HR Recruiter/Coordinator must be experienced with full cycle recruiting, building and maintaining labor pools, interviewing, have a strong communication ability, processing new hires and terminations, crew management, claims and other HR duties as assigned; A firm understanding of regulatory laws that govern HR (ADA, FLSA, EEO, FMLA, etc.) is a must. The right candidate must also be willing to take call on weekdays and weekends as scheduled and work in a high volume, fast paced, result driven environment.
